Frequently Asked Questions
How to Deposit
bg585 does not charge any deposit fees. However, if your mobile banking provider or bank applies its own service charge for the transaction, that falls under their own policy. Before making a deposit, it is worth checking the terms and conditions of your payment method to avoid unexpected charges.
Log in to bg585 and select "Deposit" from the cashier section. Choose Nagad from the list of payment methods. Enter the amount and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment through the Nagad app or dial menu. After a successful payment, funds are added to your account quickly.
The minimum deposit amount at bg585 is ৳300 for all payment methods. This applies to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer alike. Players with a small budget can get started with ease.
Occasionally there may be a short delay due to network or payment gateway issues. First, wait a few minutes and refresh the page. If the balance still has not arrived, take a screenshot or note the reference number of the transaction and contact our live chat support. Our team will verify the matter and resolve it promptly.
Yes, bg585 uses SSL encryption, so all transactions made through bKash are secure. Always follow the payment instructions shown on the official bg585 site when making a deposit, and never conduct transactions through a third party. Do not share your bKash PIN with anyone.
Casino & Table Games
bg585 table games have a range of betting limits suitable for both new and experienced players. There are options from low-limit tables all the way up to high-limit high-roller tables. Before joining a specific table, check that table's information panel to see the minimum and maximum bet amounts.
Absolutely. bg585's live casino works fully in a mobile browser. You can play directly from Chrome on Android or Safari on iOS. Keep a stable internet connection (4G or Wi-Fi) for a good experience, as live streaming requires a strong connection.
In roulette, a spinning wheel contains numbers from 1 to 36 (and zero). You can place bets on a specific number, a colour (red or black), odd or even, or a group of numbers. When the wheel spins, the outcome is determined by where the ball lands. Inside bets offer higher payouts, while outside bets have a higher chance of winning.
Teen Patti is a popular South Asian card game where a hand is made from three cards and the player with the best hand wins. Andar Bahar is simpler — a joker card is placed in the middle and you bet on whether a card of the same value will appear on the "Andar" (left) or "Bahar" (right) side. Both games are available in bg585's live casino.
In Baccarat, there are two hands — "Player" and "Banker". You bet on which hand's value will be closest to 9, or whether the two will tie. In calculating card values, 10s and face cards are worth zero, and aces are worth one. If the total is two digits, only the right digit counts. Due to its simple rules, Baccarat is very popular among Bangladeshi players.

No. According to bg585's rules, each person may only operate one account. If multiple accounts are found, they may be closed and the balance and bonuses in those accounts may be cancelled. This rule is strictly enforced to ensure fair play.
Some information can be updated directly from the account settings or profile section. For changes to contact numbers or important identity-related details, please contact our support team. For security purposes, changes are only made after identity verification.
Usernames must generally consist of a combination of English letters and numbers and must be unique.
